RV bleeds culture and there are so many opportunities to get involved and develop yourself professionally. I eat delicious subsidized food at our bistros every day and get to utilize our basketball court, bowling alley, and gym whenever I want! If you join RV in the sales center, sales can be stressful and challenging at time.

But if you have the drive, you will be successful and there are tons of opportunities to develop throughout the company. I commend the RV management for always being transparent and motivating! Opportunity to earn a lot of money!

They were always changing comp plans, and were VERY strict with attendance. Have a heart guys, things happen and you lose great employees because of the policy. Too many young people without enough experience are put in charge. There is a lot of constant change, most done without any notice. Expect to sit and repeat yourself on calls a day.
